PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving operation assist device for vehicle which considers how much a driver understand the situation around his/her vehicle, and transmits information relating to a lane marker around a vehicle to the driver in an easily understandable manner. SOLUTION: A controller of the driving operation assist device for vehicle changes shapes of driver seats at right/left side parts independently each other based on a latitudinal position of the vehicle inside the lane. When the vehicle approaches the lane marker, a pushing pressure to the driver is increased by increasing a rotating angle of the seat side part at a lane marker side to which the vehicle is approaching, and the pushing pressure is decreased by reducing the rotation angle of the seat side part at the opposite side. The higher the driver's recognition degree of the situation around the vehicle is, the more an area in which the seat side parts at the right/left sides simultaneously operate is limited to prevent excessive information supply.
