The set has cap-shaped spherical outer contours which can be placed on the metatarsus stump (1) of the large toe. An implant (2) having two spherical sections is formed along bottom edge (3) of the stump and rotates along a circular segment from 30[deg] to 180[deg] along the plate (4). The head of the implant exhibits a three dimensional open loop network structure (7) on its surface.
