<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goods management system for allowing a consumer to acquire latest information concerning goods such as a foodstuff, etc., a food cold storage system, and its program. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a reading means 5 for acquiring identification information of an IC tag attached to the foodstuff to be stored in a refrigerator 1; an accident information acquiring means 7 for transmitting the identification information which is acquired by the reading means 5; and an accident information server 2 for storing the identification information of the IC tag to be attached to the foodstuff and foodstuff accident information with association and transmitting the accident information concerning the identification information when the identification information is received from the accident information acquiring means 7. The accident information acquiring means 7 receives the accident information which is transmitted from the accident information server 2.
