Described herein is an improved process for manufacturing out domino pieces wherein the front surface of a plurality of domino pieces is molded in a single operation. During said operation a pellet is fed in a central position for being embedded into the molding material, thus protruding from the front surface thereof. A mold useful for the aforementioned process is also described including passages for feeding the pellets to be placed at the central position of each surface, the passages being connected to a feeding hopper containing a plurality of pellets.
