PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat control device for a vehicle suppressing increase of operation load when the seat state is varied. SOLUTION: A seat movement controller 20 varies the seat state of a driver's seat 30 based on a signal from various kinds of sensors 10. At that time, an operation load determination part 20a of the seat movement controller 20 determines the operation load. Then, a seat control part 20b of the seat movement controller 20 reduces a speed for varying the seat state of the driver's seat and varies the seat state of the driver's seat 30 as the operation load becomes high. Thereby, when the operation load is high, the seat state is slowly varied and is not quickly varied and increase of the operation load is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
