PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new medicine composition, more concretely, a composition for preventing and/or treating an inflammation or a medicine composition useful as a cold medicine. SOLUTION: The medicine composition comprises tranexamic acid or its salt, clemastine or its salt and/or bromhexine or its salt, since in the past, in spite of the fact that clemastine or its salt or bromhexine or its salt is not known to exhibit antiinflammation action, it is newly found when tranexamic acid or its salt is used together with clemastine or its salt and/or bromhexine or its salt, clemastine or its salt and/or bromhexine or its salt enhances the action of tranexamic acid or its salt and exhibits excellent antiinflammation action.
