PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancing method and a balancing device for an internal-combustion engine. SOLUTION: A moment opposite to an imbalance moment is created at each instant by drive oscillators 7, 8 connected with the engine 3 to balance the engine 3 creating the primary imbalance moment for exciting an oscillation mode.
