PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air/water feeding device of an endoscope, capable of securely blowing away water drops remaining not only on the surface of an observation window but also in the periphery of the observation window with pressurized air sprayed out of a water feed nozzle and preventing dripping of water drops to the surface of the observation window thereafter. SOLUTION: The air/water feeding device has a water feed pipe 9 communicating with the water feed nozzle 7 and an air feed pipe 10 communicating with an air feed nozzle 8, both of which are inserted into an insertion part 1 and disposed parallel. The air/water feeding device also has a valve means 15 for interlocking the air feed pipe 10 and the water feed nozzle 7 so that water fed into the water feed pipe 9 is sprayed out toward the surface of the observation window 3 from only the water feed nozzle 7 and that pressurized air fed into the air feed pipe 10 is sprayed out toward the surface of the observation window 3 from both the air feed nozzle 8 and the water feed nozzle 7.
