摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive type photosensitive paste composition for a plasma display panel electrode formation by which hardly any edge curling is produced and micro-patterning of high resolution is possible.

SOLUTION: The positive type photosensitive paste composition for a plasma display panel electrode formation contains a photosensitive vehicle consisting of conductive powder, inorganic binder, organic binder, photoacid generator, solvent and additives. The organic binder is a copolymer obtained by superimposing four types of metacrylate dielectric monomer or acrylate dielectric monomer. The plasma display panel electrode with no occurrence of under cut is manufactured by using the positive type photosensitive paste composition for plasma display panel electrode formation.
