PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an installing state of a work tool, by locking an installation frame and a movable hook, even if a hydraulic actuator functionally stops. SOLUTION: This work tool installing device is provided with the installation frame 4 pivoted on the tip of an arm 3, a fixed hook 6 fixed to this installation frame 4 and engaging with a first engaging part 5A of the work tool 5, a movable hook 8 pivoted on the installation frame 4 via a pivot shaft 7 and engaging with a second engaging part 5B of the work tool 5, and a hydraulic actuator 9 for holding the work tool 5 in the installation frame 4 by moving this movable hook 8 in the far-near direction to the fixed hook 6. A plurality of holes 4a and 8a of circular arc arrangement with the pivot shaft 7 as the center, are respectively formed in the installation frame 4 and the movable hook 8.
