Polymer Substrat for Cell Cultivation, Especially Keratinocyte Cultivation

Polymer substrate (I), (in the form of oxygen permeable flat membrane and the amine content of the membrane has at least 10 nmol amine function per cm 2>of the membrane) for culturing tissue cells (preferably for culturing epidermal skin structure), is new. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an organotypic hybrid structure comprising (I) and the tissue cells cultured on the substrate; and (2) preparing tissue structure (preferably epidermal skin structure) comprising culturing a primary cell (preferably keratinocytes) on (I) for a first culturing duration, transferring (I) with the cells to the target structure so that the substrate with the cell is laid on the target structure, culturing the cells for second culturing duration and separating the substrate from the formed tissue structure.
