<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component discriminating device which is capable of easily discriminating components between which the difference cannot be discriminated from the appearance, by storing the classification codes for the purpose of discrimination, in non-volatile memories mounted on the components and reading and discriminating the discrimination codes. <P>SOLUTION: A component discriminating device 10 comprises a code read means 17 for reading a classification code recorded in a recording part provided in a component in Figure (not shown); a storage means adapted code storage means for storing the component classifications adapted to each type of a device to be manufactured corresponding to the type; an input/display means 19 for designating the type of the device to be manufactured; a comparison means 14 for comparing the classification code read by the code read means 17 with adapted codes of components stored in the storage means 16; and a control means 15 for controlling respective means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
