PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a functional film for an optical filter, having an adhesive layer which prevents changes in colors with time and avoids the problem where when a functional film having an adhesive layer is laminated on a shielding surface using a metal of an electromagnetic shielding sheet to be used for an optical filter for a PDP (plasma display panel) so as to cause the adhesive layer to change in color with time, and to obtain an optical filter for a PDP, using a film prepared by laminating the functional film with an electromagnetic shielding sheet. SOLUTION: The functional film, having an adhesive layer for solving above problem, is obtained by forming an adhesive layer containing no organic acid substance on a functional film.
