PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite lens enhanced in the reliability of heat cycle characteristics or the like and capable of being manufactured inexpensively, its manufacturing method and a lens module equipped with the composite lens. SOLUTION: The composite lens is constituted by providing a resin layer comprising a resin polymerized by ultraviolet rays at least to a part of the surface of a glass base material and the resin layer is composed of a perfectly cured resin layer and an imperfectly cured resin layer. The imperfectly cured resin layer may be formed to a part outside the effective diameter of the lens and the polymerization degree of the imperfectly cured resin layer is preferably set to 60-90%.
