<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of level differences at butt welded portions of peripheral walls of an upper half shell and a lower half shell in a recording medium cartridge for retaining a recording medium in a flat housing formed by butt-welding the upper half shell and the lower half shell at a plurality of positions. <P>SOLUTION: The butt welding is carried out in the state that side guides 23, 24, 25, 27 composed of leaf springs have been brought from sides into elastic contact with the peripheral wall surfaces of the upper half shell and the lower half shell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
