PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the detection of a precise inclination angle of a movable body such as construction equipment, independently of acceleration. SOLUTION: An inclination angleγin one plane is detected by an inclination angle sensor, and the instantaneous velocity of the movable body is detected by a speed sensor. The instantaneous velocity (a) is determined by an arithmetic unit by using the instantaneous velocity of the movable body, and then a section angleβby the instantaneous velocity (a) of the movable body from among the inclination anglesγis calculated.
