PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the cost of equipment of a coating liquid supplying device and to easily change coating liquid. SOLUTION: In a coating liquid supply device 6, which is opposite to the form roller 4 of a coating liquid coating device 1 and supplies coating liquid to the form roller 4, in a chamber 8 provided with a coating liquid part 7 opposite to the form roller, a coupler 10 communicating with the lowest end part of the coating part is provided so as to connect the coupler with the coating liquid tank 11 rotatable to and from its upright state from and to its lodging state and, at the same time, detachably under the condition that, under the upright state of the tank, the volume of the coating tank has a size enabling the coating liquid to house its liquid level at the same liquid level height of the coating liquid part of the chamber, while under the lodging state of the tank, the volume of the coating tank has a size enabling the coating liquid in the chamber to flow down through the couple so as to be recovered.
