<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle apparatus remote control system capable of properly setting a detection area of a portable machine by a transmitter inside the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle 10 is provided with a reference LF receiver 9 set in an outer edge position of a desirable in-vehicle detection area and the reference LF receiver 9 receiving signals transmitted from the in-vehicle LF transmitter 2e. A signal transmitting output level of the in-vehicle LF transmitter 2e is adjusted on the basis of the receiving result in the reference LF receiver 9. Hence, the detection area, a range of arrival of a request signal transmitted from the inside of the vehicle LF transmitter 2e is varied at every vehicle or even if the detection area is varied in correspondence with an electromagnetic wave environment wherein the vehicle 10 is located, a signal transmitting output inside the vehicle LF transmitter 2e can be so adjusted that the required detection area can be always obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
