PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion skin care preparation for external use containing an ester-based steroid, diphenhydramines and menthol and excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation for external use is obtained by adding a combination of crotamiton, polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil and propylene glycol as a stabilizer to a skin care preparation component.
