PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exert the absorbing capability of a high performance absorbing polymer. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the high performance absorbing composite obtained by applying a crimping process to a fiber aggregate 10 composed of tow with a crimping device after supporting monomer of the high performance absorbing polymer with a spray nozzle 11 and then polymerizing the monomer supported on the fiber aggregate 10 by irradiation with UV light from a UV lamp 14.
