<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The circuit has two oscillator stages (180, 181) each comprising an oscillator-partial circuit with an inductor, a capacitor and two output nodes. A control unit-partial circuit has two transistors and a coupling unit for coupling the stages. The coupling unit is connected with source-drain connections of the transistors of the control unit-partial circuit and arranged such that power coupling of the oscillator stages is possible. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Oscillator circuit e.g. quadrature- voltage-controlled-oscillator. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The circuit avoids the need for an additional component beside an individual couple coil for the oscillator stages, thus reducing required space of the coupling of the individual stages and realizing the coupling in a simple manner.
