PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident preventing device for an object person in such a manner that the life habit of the object person who has an advanced age or lives alone is monitored by using a load cell, and when a habit abnormality is recognized depending on a time zone, the fact is informed to a third party through an external connecting equipment. SOLUTION: The time of the habit behavior is grasped by using a general purpose load cell without using a dedicated sensor which senses the body condition. For the abnormal situation of the person who has an advanced age and lives alone, an alarming equipment being optimal to the environment or the regionality of the object person can be selected. Also, the party to be informed can be selectable as well among a medical related source, a family member or a third party with whom the object person can feel easy, and the monitoring is kept for 24 hours. In the manufacturing cost of the main body, a reduction in the number of parts, and the simplification are performed for the purpose of the spread expansion, and the main body is manufactured at a low cost as much as possible. In the equipment operation, an alarming device of which the handling is possible even by a person without a professional knowledge for a sensor or the like for sensing the body condition, and which is dedicatedly manufactured is completed.
