PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker which is made thin, reduces the number of components and simplifies its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The speaker has a plate-like frame 1, a conical diaphragm 4, a magnetic circuit 9 fixed to the frame 1 in front of the diaphragm 4, a voice coil 6 driven by the magnetic circuit 9 with a bobbin 6A mounted on the diaphragm 4, and a damper 5 having a rising part 5A and a movable part mounted on the diaphragm 4.
