<p>A method of delivering a biologically compatible agent to an ocular structure is provided. According to the method, a biologically compatible agent coupled to an antibody is administered to the eye of a subject, and the antibody is bound to a structure of the eye to deliver the molecule to a desired location. Embodiments of the invention are useful in changing refractive index, treating collagen-based diseases, and treating presbyopia and/or cataractogenesis.</p> |
