The horizontal Venetian blind lamella construction comprises a number of horizontal bars and connecting lugs, the bars being made of natural material, such as bamboo or wooden pegs. The connecting lugs have different colors and patterns. The horizontal bars are arranged parallel to each other, the connecting lugs joining them, which weave up and down around them. An adhesive is applied to the lugs to reinforce the union with the bars. Most of the horizontal bars connected by the lugs are joined to a blind lamella of suitable length provided with two holes through which cords are threaded at each end. By virtue of the different colors and patterns of the connecting lugs, the lamellas are variably altered, providing a pleasant outward appearance. |
