PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the excellent train operation without any specific operation diagram, to effectively reduce the influence of the delay when a preceding train is delayed, and to minimize the stop between stations of a succeeding train.

SOLUTION: The train operating method to operate each train present on an operation line by sequentially determining the departure time of a succeeding train from the departure time of a preceding train comprises a departure command output step of outputting the departure command to the succeeding train stopped at a station next to an arbitrary station after the train stop adjustment time is elapsed from the time at which the preceding train starts the arbitrary station. The train stop adjustment time is determined based on the predetermined operational parameters and the predetermined calculation rule.
