IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM AND TAB PAPER TRANSPORTING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system and a tab paper transporting method capable of feeding in such a way that the tab is positioned at the forefront in the transporting direction and inserting the tab paper between the sheets with images formed thereon before delivery. SOLUTION: The tab paper transporting method works with an inserting process in which the tab paper transported from a tray whereon tab papers are placed is inserted between paper sheets with images formed thereon, a transporting process in which the tab paper and sheets with images are transported without inverted transportation and delivered to an delivery sheets stacking means, and a sheet delivering means in which the trailing edges in the transporting direction of the tab paper to be delivered and the sheets with images formed are aligned by abutting and stacked one over another, wherein the tab paper is fed in the condition of being placed on the tray in such a way that the tab part is positioned at the forefront in the transporting direction.
