PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of detecting excellently bonding of a substance interacting with a physiologically active substance even when the physiologically active substance is immobilized onto a biosensor by using a solution including the physiologically active substance having a low concentration, and having little dispersion of the bonding quantity of the physiologically active substance and the bonding quantity of the substance interacting with the physiologically active substance. SOLUTION: In this biosensor comprising a substrate coated with a hydrophobic polymer compound, at least two or more kinds of surfaces are patterned by an ink jet print on a domain coated with the hydrophobic polymer compound.
