PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of easily achieving the continuity of a process in a space, a master device, an information processing system, and a method of transferring information processing. SOLUTION: When a user 6 who is implementing an image/voice playback program 382 on a game device 3 installed in a child's room 13 suspends this process and moves to a living room 14 as shown in a moving situation 61 to resume the process on a hard disk recorder 4 installed in the living room 14, an information process controller 30 transfers the way of execution of the program 382 to an information process controller 40 of the hard disk recorder 4 via a server 5, as shown in transfer situations 621A, 621B. The information process controller 40 in turn resumes the process on the basis of the way of execution transferred, whereby the continuity of the process in space can easily be achieved.
