PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save manpower, easily secure a firearm device under the conditions requiring a number of vehicles to be arranged, and reduce personal cost by actualizing less personal sacrifices than in a conventional remote control shooting tower. SOLUTION: Images picked up by a scouting camera 250 and received from a vehicle 100 via transmitter/receivers 102, 301 are displayed by a scouting image monitor 302 of a remote control device 300. A shooting tower operation handle 304 is operated while identifying the displayed images to determine the imaging position of the scouting camera 250 on the vehicle 100 outside the side face of a vehicle body 101.
