FIELD: containers, particularly lids or covers for rigid or semi-rigid containers. ^ SUBSTANCE: device 1 has opening means including detachable lid with tear-away ring 2 formed on upper surface and opening made in upper surface 5. Device is formed as mouth-piece 3 having annular flange, which encloses upper perimeter of upper surface 5 of the can 1 to put the device on the can 1 and fixing thereof by engaging edge and orifice 6 made in the mouth-piece. Device has spout 7 partly surrounding orifice 6 and sealing rib 8 which closes tear-away ring 2 of can opening means. Annular flange 4 may slide over upper surface to displace orifice 6 relative orifice of the can 1 by device rotation. Mouth-piece volume may be reduced or even brought to zero to eliminate the risk of dirt and contaminants ingress in can interior from surface thereof. ^ EFFECT: increased hygienic characteristics. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg
