<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a proper estimation value without any individual variation. <P>SOLUTION: A work time for each work item necessary for construction is previously decided. The work time and man-hours for each construction are given, and a multiplication product of the work time and the man-hours is taken as work quantity. Respective deviations (yi-y') and (xi-x') to respective averages y' and x' of the price yi of respective construction ordered in the previous year and the sum of work quantity of the construction are found, the sum of squares sxx of the sum Sxy of the (yi-y')and (xi-x') in the previous year and (xi-x') is found, a = Sxy/Sxx, b=y7-ax' are found, and a regression analysis line y=ax+b is obtained. A cost reduction possible quantity is predicted from a total sum value of positive values among a difference between yi and Yb=axi+b. Subsequently, a+α>a matching a cost reduction target is found, xi is found with respect to a construction estimation of this year, and Yb=(a+α)xi+b is used as a target price. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
