The belt has laces provided at middle of a loop fastener, so that the belt is guided by pulling in and pulling out the laces over the middle part through the loop fastener, which can be shifted to a correct position. An end of the belt is connected with a connection part of an insertion fastener and socket. Traction fasteners are firmly attached to the belt and to an article provided for usage of the dog.
