PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antislip shoe sole which can excellently keep antislip performance and durability and improve wearing feeling of a work shoes. SOLUTION: A mid sole 20 of the shoe sole is formed of a material softer than that of an outsole 30. A side face 31a of a block design 31 is set so as to be substantially vertical face against a seat face, and a reinforcing part 32 swollen so that the height gradually reduces outward is set to at least a proximal end side on a side face of the block design 31 in front/rear direction of a shoe to configure the block design 31.
