PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the mounting position of a circuit board to a detection section without changing the circuit board. SOLUTION: A torque sensor 3 comprises an annular detection section 31, and the circuit board 32 mounted to connection terminals 22 (22a-22d) projecting from one portion of the outer periphery of the detection section 31. Insertion holes 23a-23d, 24a-24d which is larger in the number than the connection terminals 22 are formed on the circuit board 32, the connection terminals 22 are inserted into respective insertion holes 23a-23d, 24a-24d at a plurality of different positions on the circuit board 32 for mounting to the circuit board 32.
