An eaves seal for a conservatory roof having an eaves beam 10 supporting glazing bars 11 which carry panels 12 comprises a pair of parallel grooves 23, 24 on the upper surface 19 of eaves beam 10, and a pair of sealing members 27, 28, one in each groove. The sealing members 27, 28, are shorter than the distance between adjacent glazing bars 11, and may be slid until each engages a glazing bar (arrows in Fig 3), the seals also engaging each other. As shown in Fig 2, the seals have a bifurcated lower portion 29, 30, this latter having a flange 31 which co-operates as shown with lip 25 on the wall 20 or 22 of the groove: the seals contact back to back at 32, and have at their upper portion a foam block 35 and sealing lip 34 for contacting the underside of glazing panel 12. |
