PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic laminate with an excellent laminating accuracy and a high productivity employing a large-size ceramic green sheet especially. SOLUTION: The ceramic laminate is constituted of a plurality of laminated ceramic green sheets comprising ceramic green sheets having at least an electrode pattern. A plurality of laminate sheets having an electrode pattern on the surface and a predetermined size form a plurality of laminate sheets provided on a substrate with the gap of a predetermined width between horizontal each of them on the substrate, and, further, a plurality of the laminates are obtained simultaneously by laminating the plurality of laminate sheets sequentially.
