<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric ceramic composition for an electronic device which has a large specific dielectric constant (εr) and a high Qf value. <P>SOLUTION: In an LnAlO<SB>3</SB>-SrTiO<SB>3</SB>based dielectric ceramic composition, the Qf value is remarkably improved by carrying out a calcining process at a high temperature of 1,400-1,600°C and is more improved by replacing Al in LnAlO<SB>3</SB>-SrTiO<SB>3</SB>with Ga to turn into (1-X)Ln(Al<SB>1-y</SB>Ga<SB>y</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>-XSrTiO<SB>3</SB>and the reactivity of the calcining is further improved to improve the Qf value by replacing Sr in LnAlO<SB>3</SB>-SrTiO<SB>3</SB>and (1-X)Ln(Al<SB>1-y</SB>Ga<SB>y</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>-XSrTiO<SB>3</SB>with Ca to respectively turn into (1-X)LnAlO<SB>3</SB>-X(Sr<SB>1-z</SB>Ca<SB>z</SB>)TiO<SB>3</SB>and (1-X)Ln(Al<SB>1-Y</SB>Ga<SB>y</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>-X(Sr<SB>1-Z</SB>Ca<SB>Z</SB>)TiO<SB>3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
