A ultrasonic intraoral cleaner by which even a person to be nursed such as the hand-disabled aged can perform intraoral cleaning (tooth brushing) without requiring any help of a nurse. The ultrasonic intraoral cleaner (1) has a triangular held part (3) being easily held between the upper teeth and the lower teeth of human, with an oscillation element capable of ultrasonic vibration provided at the held part (3). The held part (3) has horseshoe-shaped tooth abutting parts (3A) being held between the upper teeth and the lower teeth, and a tongue abutting part (3B) for coupling the tooth abutting parts, wherein each tooth abutting part is provided, on the upper and lower surfaces thereof, with the oscillation element capable of ultrasonic vibration.
