PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined power generation plant for shortening a time for a rated amount of steam to flow into a steam pipe by warming the whole steam pipe for supplying the steam from a boiler to a gas turbine at a time when starting the plant while preventing the flow of drain into the gas turbine. SOLUTION: The combined power generation plant has the steam pipe 10 with steam valves 11, 12 for guiding part of steam generated in the boiler 5 to the gas turbine 3. A gas turbine side drain discharge pipe 16 is provided in the steam pipe 10 located on the downstream side of the steam valves 11, 12 and a boiler side drain discharge pipe 13 is provided in the steam pipe 10 located on the upstream side of the steam valves 11, 12.
