<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a method for effectively preventing a person from tampering with a small bag by opening an upper lid of a cup-shaped container fraudulently and to provide the cup-shaped container that can be used without anxiety. <P>SOLUTION: A content is stored in a cup-shaped container body, and the upper end of the container body is sealed with a sealing lid material, then the upper end opening part of the container body is covered with the upper lid. The small bag containing a foodstuff to be added to the content is housed in a recession formed on the top wall of the upper lid, and a seal strip is glued to the periphery of the recession to cover the small bag.
