Method uses projection screen (1) with stiffer layer (2) transparent to laser light and flexible layer (3) reflective to laser light so that laser light incident on screen passes through transparent layer and is reflected at reflective layer. Reflective layer surface structure is varied with time during projection process so that laser light beam incident on point on reflective layer is reflected in different directions depending on time function. An independent claim is also included for a projection screen for laser projection.
