FIELD: equipment for continuous dosing of powdered and bulk products. ^ SUBSTANCE: screw-type dosing apparatus has hopper and shaft mounted within hopper in vertical position, and dosing device axially placed in lower part of hopper and made in the form of screw enclosed in pipe. Hopper is equipped with device adapted for preventing powdered or bulk product from bridging and truncated cone mounted on shaft in lower part of hopper for rotation in conjunction with shaft and screw and for vertical displacement on shaft for setting of gauging gap between hopper generatrix and lower edges of truncated cone. With angle of taper of 30-45° of truncated cone relative to horizontal plane of dosing device, gauging gap is set within 10-20 mm. Apparatus of such construction allows precise weight dose of product to be fed for package without substantial influence of product level in charging zone. ^ EFFECT: increased precision in dosing of powdered or bulk product and enhanced reliability in operation. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
