GENETIC MARKER LINKED WITH LOCUS RULING LEMMA COLOR AND UTILIZATION OF THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genetic marker presenting in a genomic DNA of a plant of Gramineae such as barley and linked with a locus ruling its lemma color, and a method for utilizing the same.

SOLUTION: The 2 genetic markers linked with the loci positioned at a barley 1H chromosome and ruling its lemma color are found out by preparing a detailed linkage map of the barley and performing a linkage analysis.
