<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a palm oil pulp juice capable of widely being used in various foods and beverages by effectively utilizing a palm oil fruit, a food containing the same, a method for producing the food and also a method for providing the fruits through its distribution by which much economical effect is expected for an oil palm farm owner without having a factory. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing pulp products is provided by harvesting a matured fruit, washing, removing the outer skin of the fruit, cutting both ends by approximately 1 cm, peeling the pulp off from its seed, breaking, crushing to separate the pulp and shell, further kneading the pulp, filtering with 50-100 mesh screen to separate the pulp and fibrous material, taking out the palm oil pulp and further purifying.
