<p>A multistage heading and forming machine for suppressing lowering of production efficiency by shortening the time required for order change, comprising a cutting means (16), a multistage heading means (18), an extruding means (20) and a transferring means (22) mounted on a fixing table (14) arranged removably on the machine frame (12). Each means (16, 18, 20, 22) is coupled releasably with a drive system on the machine frame side. At the time of order change, the fixing table (14) is removed from the machine frame (12) with each means (16, 18, 20, 22) released from the drive system on the machine frame side and replaced by a fixing table (14) mounted with a cutting means (16), a multistage pressure molding means (18), an extruding means (20) and a transferring means (22) corresponding to a new order. Each means (16, 18, 20, 22) mounted on the new fixing table (14) are then coupled with the drive system on the machine frame side, thus completing the order change work.</p> |
