<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can suppress a change due to leakage of a gate potential of an output transistor even during a sampling period of another circuit, can obtain a uniform current source free of a variation in the current value of an output stage, and can display a high-grade image free of the occurrence of luminance unevenness, and also provide a pixel circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A sample hold circuit is provided with a TFT 121-1 whose source is connected to the prescribed potential, a TFT-123-1 which is connected between the drain of the TFT 121-1 and a supply line ISL of a signal current, a C 121-1 which is connected between the gate of the TFT 121-1 and a ground potential, a TFT 122-1 and TFT 123-1 which are connected in series between the drain and gate of the TFT 121-1, and a C 121-1 which is connected therebetween and a fixed potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
