PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a winding mechanism, and to avoid a contact between a slat and a guide rail. SOLUTION: A shutter device 100 has a slat curtain 5, in which vertically adjacent slat end parts 73 are connected and guide rollers 77 are mounted, a pair of side frames 30 fitted on both sides of an opening 3, and a guide rail 31 internalized to the side frames 30 and guiding the lifting and lowering of the slat curtain 5 by inserting the guide rollers 77. The rolling door shutter device 100 further has the winding mechanism 4, which is fixed to the upper sections of the side frames 30 and on which the slat curtain 5 is wound. In the rolling door shutter device 100, the diameter of the guide roller is smaller than the thickness of the slat end part, and the guide rail 31 is composed of a pair of long-sized guide plates 81 and 83. In the shutter device 100, one long-sized guide plate 81 is screwed to a fixed surface 30b parallel in the longitudinal direction of the slats 71 through slots 85 long in the longitudinal direction of the slats 71, and the other long-sized guide plate 83 is screwed to the fixed surface 30c orthogonal in the longitudinal direction of the slats 71 while interposing a plurality of spacers 89.
