The device has a canvas (1) drawn up vertically and attached to ground in a tight manner. Balloons (2) are attached to the canvas and to the ground by ropes (3) in order to maintain suspension and tension of the canvas with respect to the ground. An additional rope (3a) is utilized to connect the balloons to the ground. A cord (6) includes an anchor point for hooking the canvas to the ground.
