PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for simply and surely detecting the degree of liquid seepage of a filter, protecting pressure sensor or lowering of moisture absorption. SOLUTION: In the filter protecting the pressure receiving part of a pressure converter, a marking means for discoloring or changing coloring regions, by wetting or moisture absorption is held on the surface or in the neighborhood of the surface.
